I do both OFA and Penn Hip. OFA is more widely known, but Penn Hip is gaining in popularity. I believe Penn Hip to be the better predictor of hip health, but as of yet, they don't have an online database which is important to determine the hip health of the lines the dogs come from.... I definitely don't have enough experience to answer this question, but if marks test marking and memory and the majority of dogs in a test are handling on the marks, then the dogs have not been tested.
