Re: Dog food scams
I've been feeding the Tractor Supply brand (4 Health) the last few years and it's been good. If my dog gets food with corn in it he'll lick his feet till they nearly mold. The 4 Health doesn't have grains in it like Purina. I fed Nutro for a while but after back-to-back recalls I gave up on that. I...

Re: Youth License Question...
My understanding of youth hunts, for any game, is that all adults who are with the hunt party must be properly licensed for that particular game. Not carrying a firearm doesn't negate "hunting." You're still involved in hunting with the youth, albeit limited. And Teul gave pretty clear, st...

Re: Initiative 42
I agree with you DeltaQuack, point being it's easier, in theory, to vote out a Superintendent, or school board members as in your case, as opposed to a bunch of legislators. I never really thought it had much chance passing, I don't have any skin in the game (no kids), I was only trying to answer so...

Re: Initiative 42
In #5 you say,* if it passes a judge will tell the legislature to follow their own laws.* How do you know that? That's not on the ballot I voted against today. It just said "adequate and efficient". It never mentioned MAEP one time. Seems to me like the intentionally vague language would ...

Re: Initiative 42
Peewee: 1. To my understanding, there are school districts that have never received full funding under the formula. 2. "They," being the legislators. They know how much money, based on their model, should go to each individual district. 3. The Supreme Court has already taken up the issue, ...

Re: Initiative 42
A lot of confusion concerning I42, mainly due to a lot of political posturing on both sides. Below are the facts, I don't have all of the facts, but these are the ones I have "validated," if you can call it that, thru our state legislators.... 1) MAEP was voted in years ago, and has never ...

Re: help me pick a Zero turn mower
Buck, I bought a Raptor last spring, it has been a great mower. I went with the 22 horse, 42" deck. I have had zero problems thus far. For the money, it was the best deal/value for what my yard demands.

My wife told me about this awhile back, I guess she was right about the duck codes (she is an OT). I was skeptical to say the least haha.

Re: North Georgia trip this weekend questions
Helen was always my favorite tubing destination when I lived in north GA. It's about 60 miles east of Elijay, cool little town. Have a safe trip.
