Scooby hunts whatever I'm hunting and does not care for late season duck hunting. He's a little too thin skinned. They will have to learn that I am the dominant male. If that means all three of us go at it then i guess that's what I'll do....LOL

Two Males Fighting

I have two male Weimaraners that don't get along. One I raised from a puppy and the other I got from a couple in SC. They are both near two years old and they do not get along. They both get along fine with other dogs male or female, but just not with each other. Anyone have any tips to solve this?

I'm coaching a pee-wee team this year for the first time. The dads don't bother me, it's the mommas I'm worried about.

Coyote Problem???

A few friends and I don't do the whole party hard thing on the weekends. Instead we bring a call, spotlights, and some .22s and go coyote hunting. We're looking for new places to go. If anyone has a place within a half hour of Choctaw county let me know. When we don't go coyote hunting we go fishing ...

How does one catch these pigeons. I have some where I work and I usually shoot them for warm up before dove season. We have a guy working here that is deathly afraid of birds, so my boss lets me have at em. You let me know how to trap them and I'll be glad to help out. I live and work in

Guided Duck Hunts

Last year my brother introduced me to what has now taken over my life and that is DUCK HUNTING. For Christmas this year I am planning on taking him on a guided duck/goose hunt to show my appreciation. I've never done anything like this before. I just wanted to know if anyone has any suggestions on ...

Chokes

Y'all have been so informative on my other posts let me throw another one out there. I have a Franchi semi auto 12 guage. I'm new to the sport and I've moved on to what kind of choke i'll use. As of now I just bought this franchi and I have no steel shot chokes. I'm not sure what shot size I used ...

How about double reed vs. single reed? The acrylic vs. wood? I hear stories of acrylic not freezing as often. Lets be realistic here, I realize we are hunting in MS where freezing temperatures are not common, but better safe than sorry.

I need a call!!!

I hunted ducks for the first time last year and I love it. I hunt in flooded timber in Nanih Wayah and I'd like to start learning how to call. Problem is any hunting catalog I open there are about 100 different calls to chose from. Money is no object here I've found a hobby to give me a reason to ...

This is my first time training a dog for water retrieves from a puppy to adult. I have a 16 month old male weimaraner and I've been working him to be a duck dog. Last year was the first year I have ever duck hunted and I'd like to have my own dog. He is still pretty antsy and I'm wondering if it ...
