Sure they are figured into the price. Do you think the land around the Big Black or inside the Mississippi River levee is selling because of its access to good schools and restaurants? Would the same land without a single deer on it sell for thousands an acre? Is timber figured into the value of pro...

Question - If you own the property and deer/squirrels/whatever are on the property, do you own the animals? Does the State/Feds own them - ie (State regulates them)? Does it matter if the animals migrate from property to property? I'm not talking about migratory birds (Feds regulate them). I'm not g...

Jackson area gunsmith needed
My o/u’s firing pins are not working. I've searched old posts and the only Jackson gunsmith I found was Swann's Gun Repair. Does anyone know if Swann's is good or if any other gunsmith is good/better in the Jackson area? Thanks.

Does it bug anyone else to see these pictures in the magazines of 10 drakes and one hen? I initially thought it was pretty cool, but then I found out that the picture was probably taken in February/March during their mating season - i.e. not a realistic hunting picture. It's just a pet peeve of mine.

The internet is a strange thing. Not that this is correct, but take a look at Snopes.com for the following on this story:

Claim: The Swiffer WetJet poses a general danger to household pets.
Status: False.

Who needs a bat house? All you have to do is leave your patio umbrella closed during the summer. As soon as you start wondering what the smell is, open the umbrella to find out. It was amazing how many of the little rats came out during the middle of the day. Another issue with the boxes - does the ...

When was steel shot first required?
When was steel shot first required statewide? I'm thinking it was the '87-88 season. It was required on the National Refuges prior to that.
Thanks.
