That's a fairly old video.

I just want to say THANK GOD I was not around with those guys just shooting blindly when it was attacking them. If I'm not mistaken that was a fenced hunting area.

Where is your location? If your anywhere near New Iberia, LA, I have plenty of connections I can offer you. Most would be happy with a case of beer for their labor. One trick in welding aluminum is that you normally use a push motion instead of a drag motion. Push means you'd push the spool head awa...

Actually welding it si not hard if you have the equipment. I would recomend if you have never tig welded (that is welding aluminum) and you still want to buy something to do it yourself to use a spool gun instead of your regular tig process which can get pretty complex. You do not HAVE to TIG (TGAW...

Re: Please know your facts before posting

Thanks, dedux for correcting mudhog who stated that 2,4-D would sterlize the ground, and the last time I checked it was not a restricted use chemical. This means you don't have to have a lic. to purchase it. How ever with some of the knowledge I see flying around here it might be wise if someone wa...

I doubt you will find pure 2-4D for purchase. Far as I know it's banned. That stuff is potent enough to sterlize the ground to where NOTHING will grow. You can buy it online diluted for $23 per gallon plus shipping: http://lawn-and-garden.hardwarestore.com/43-220-herbicides-liquid-conc/amine-400-2-4...

Re: permit

My permit is good for 4 years and I did not have to od the fingerprint thing. I don't think mine was 150 bucks either, but they did do a background check and it took 3-4 months for that to process. Mine was issued on 10-31-02 and expires on 10-31-06. We were told while hunting up there that in the ...

A 10/22 with the all-weather recessed stock? That's the first one I see like that. I've mostly seen the recessed stock in the 77/22 bolt action. The front sling mount resembles the 10/22 though (clamp around style). I haven't seen but one other one like it. I don't think they made a whole lot of th...
