I just bought one about 2 months ago. Like someone else mentioned, watch the torture test videos and drive one. I can say without a doubt it is the fastest hardest pulling stock truck I have ever driven/ridden in. You can get decent mileage if you can keep your foot off of it but I wouldn’t buy it ...

Sounds like you may still have air in the system. Are you sure you dont have any external leaks? If not, you may have to pressure bleed the hydraulic brake system in order to purge any air that may still be trapped in the system. Just a thought....I'm definitely not a brake expert.

If you did decide to do it yourself you would have to remove the entire backing on the seat to get to the bolts that hold it on there. It can be a weekend job. Had this done on a previous truck by dealer and I watched them do the work, did not look like fun at all.. Good luck!
