Gulfcoast (beretta question)
Hey,
I broke the firing pin on my silver pigeon 20 gauge. Do you have any suggestions on who to send it to to fix it? I don't want to send it to just anyone, but someone who works on Berettas. Let me know.

I heard that too GC I guess over at the Refuge, but I don't know if I want to try it untill someone else has. How about you, why don't you try it this weekend and let me know if you can "floorboard" it. As for my shooting style I call myself an Instinctive shooter. I grew up shooting quail with a ...

Barrel length ? for Gulfcoast
Does barrel length really matter when it comes to tight patterns, with todays screw-in-chokes. I can swing a 24" barrel better than a 26", 28", or 30". Tell me what you think, cause I am going to buy another Xtrema with a 24" barrel...I think!

I live an 1.5 hours from Cades Cove, and I have seen deer there three times that size. Its neat how you can get so close to those deer. I have a photo of a doe licking the palm of my hand out my truck window. Great photo MS Photoman!!!!!!

Dove Loads
My personal favorite is the Winchester Upland Heavy Game Load in 20 Gauge, 2 3/4", 2 1/2 Drams, 1 Oz, 7 1/2 shot. And in 12 Gauge, 2.75", 3 Drams, 1 1/8 oz, 7 1/2 shot. I just ordered from Cheaper than Dirt 2 cases of 20's, and 1 case of 12's, at $5.09 a box. The best price I could find.

You pay no tax when ordering from AbleAmmo unless you live in Texas.
GulfC...Estate claims its shot in the 1oz 7.5's is and I quote "Extra Hard". Do you know if it is as hard as they should be?

Yea but you pay taxes. Able Ammo no taxes but the shipping is about the same amount as taxes would be and they are less expensive.

GH22, thanks for the two websites, AbleAmmo does have good prices on Estate shells, and you can't buy shells off the Fiocchi website. Ant, thanks for the backup I am confident in the shells I shoot, thats a hell of a dove load...50% of the time I am shooting a 28 gauge though.

I am looking for either Estate, Winchester, Federal, or Fiocchi. Any info would be great. I like shooting 20ga, 1oz, 2.5drams, 7 ...
