Re: Buying used from out of state
Have a plan "b" when you go out of state. A dealer between you and them. I once was buying out of state and they changed the price on me after I drove 3.5 hours. Told me that was just a "ball park" figure. I explained to the salesman, who was commissioned profit paid, that we agreed on a price that ...

Re: Rob Roberts or Rhino gun work?
I had the the same thought last year with my x3, but a friend of mine told me about Sumtoy custom chokes. William really knows his stuff and guaranteed my satisfaction. I was amazed at the performance vs my previous choke. Got 338 pellets in 10" circle at 40 yds shooting 3.5 Nitro 4X5X7. Second ...

Jelly, I have the Primos Vision that I use with my son. Works great, I paid 199 for mine but have seen them on sale for 119 somewhere recently. It might have been at Bass Pro or Cabelas. Good luck.

Re: Best Tx turkey spot?
I have been to the Boar Den and I would not go back. All the turkeys where across the property lines/fences. When we got there none of their feeders had any corn in them and all the neighbors did. It was a pretty good challenge to call a turkey across a fence when the other side had food and hens ...

I would not go to IL. You should just stay home in MS, work hard, bathe kids, etc.

The truth:
This is a huge buck from around El Paso. Ryan knows the guy that shot it and him and his uncle helped him take pics and store it. It is absolutely huge. He had seen it Oct. 1, 2 , and shot it on the 3. It was around the Mackinaw River and he had been seeing it in a bean field. He shot ...

Several years ago, my father-in-law killed a 10 point in full velvet on opening day of rifle season. It was later discovered that he had no testicles. Biologist said that he may not have ever rubbed the velvet off, but the hornes would drop off in the spring and regrow in the summer.
