Heading to the lease this Fri. High on Sunday is supposed to be 71. Not what I was hoping for. First time to make to the land. Any activity?

Couldn't get out this weekend but my buddy just called and said that our field produced the same or even less than the last few weeks.(sucks). Our field is off of 315 a few miles before you get to 61. We have had a super slow year.

We hunt on the west side of Sledge and were slow on Sat and Sun. Killed a few of the same ole Gaddies I think we have been hunting all year. We just leased a spot from Robert as well. Seems like a really nice guy. We hunted in Sledge one weekend last year and did pretty well. Since we are coming from Birmingham, is Sardis the closest place to get a hotel or is Helena closer?
