Re: These Coolers look interesting.

Ive had quite a few brands for a few years and my Iceytek has been the best. Yeti is more of a brand than a product....making more money off cups, hats and decals then coolers.

Re: Descending on NOLA - Oct 8-12

How can a greasy Port O Call hamburger be overrated ..lol......I guess the whole appeal to the Carousel Bar and the Hotel Monteleone is the history that surrounds the place.(Note:Faulkner, Hemingway, Williams all bellied up here; just to name a few) Im not saying its the place to homestead while ...

Re: Deer help

Tough situation. He will probably live another year though. I shot one a few years ago that had a bullet lodged under his skin, just above the spine. Not much else to do except try and get a second shot next time. How long did he flounce around for?

For about 30-60 seconds. I looked yesterday ...

Re: Deer help

'didn't want to mess up a mount'? There in lies the problem, greed gets u every time!

Messed up mount or no deer, possibly wounded and walk off and die a slow death all because of EGO to have a nice mount to brag about? Some sportsman.

Calling a spade a spade.

Wow thanks "turd-cutter" for your ...

Re: Deer help

Yeah man it's even harder when it's a lesson you've already learned before. Unfortunately when he fell he didn't leave me a great shot and I didn't wanna mess up a mount. Thing is you can't mount something you don't have. Very frustrating and I've beat myself up all day and night for not being ready ...

Deer help

He stayed right there for a good minute then finally was able to get up and half way run off. I figured he wouldn't go to far ...
