Does anyone do any serious wildlife photography, specifically waterfowl? If so, how about some tips (film type and speed, lenses, filters, photographing flying birds, apeture settings, etc.)

We rode four wheelers in to a spot near where we hunted, put out four dozen decoys, fired at three or four groups of ducks, probably 20 shots in all, talked in normal voices during lulls in the action, waded out to shift ...
