I got drawn for opening day also. I had just about given up on it but was pleasantly suprised last week with the letter in the mail. See you Saturday morning I guess.

You could always call the DNF office in Rolling Fork for information on which are flooded and what level. With the lack of rain we've had I would be suprised if the Sunflower GTR is full.

Take a look at the boats listed at http://www.duckboats.net. The fellas on that forum and pretty knowledgeable about commercial and homebuilt boats.
As far as any boat goes, wider is better. I've got a 58" beam on mine.
