I've made a few....out of about 100 toneboards, only a handful were keepers.

Not necessarily, they all follow (or at least should follow) NCCN guidelines...but some hospitals use a minimalistic approach while others hit cancer with the hammer or Thor.

Sloan Kettering and Dana Farber are two more that I would look into.

I boil the rice and make about a six beer roux between medium and medium low heat.....sometimes it's a four beer roux.....it depends on how fast i'm drinking beer at the time. My mom makes a two beer roux on the same heat with the same results.

Bacon grease is about all I use for roux.

Since nuts are the topic.....check your your nuts.....do a self exam...it literally takes nuts (or at least one nut) to fight testicular cancer. A vasectomy is a walk in the park compared to a radical inguinal orchiectomy. I was cutting grass four days after surgery.

The proper term is "fish weir". I sat through a very lengthy presentation about them a few years ago.
