Re: Honda Pioneer
Air intake.....that is what attracted me the the Pioneer....I currently have a Ranger, it has been an awesome machine, but it is getting close to 10 years old, time for retirement. We occasionally get some deep water on a road (3 feet). If I can drive through it, i only have a 1/2 mile to get to the...

Another duck nesting question.....
So......how many hours a day should a duck sit on the eggs? There are two ducks depositing eggs in the same nest......about 15 eggs so far.....but neither duck sits on the eggs for extensive periods of time. Someone told me that since the ducks were "raised in an incubator" they may not si...

Domestic Duck Nesting

"Ducks on the Pond"
Asking for a friend.........is it illegal to let domesticated ducks such as Rouens, Muscovey, and Peking ducks "run free" in a farm pond or neighborhood pond? My friend lives in a neighborhood with a couple of lakes. There are ducks / always have been "domesticated" ducks on the ...

Re: Stocking pond with catfish
May not have stated it clearly in my initial post. I want to catch catfish. I don't want to put in a bunch of small catfish and have the bass gobble them up. I figure the catfish will eat some of the bass eventually, but not the primary purpose of getting them. Me and my kids have taken abut 120 bas...

Stocking pond with catfish
Going to put catfish in a 7 acre pond / lake......I think. Lake is overstocked with small bass. Lots of 6-10" bass in the pond. Lots of bream in the pond. I have easy access to catfish in the 4"-6" range to stock. Is this a mistake? Will the bass eat the catfish that size? Do I need b...
