Re: bricks

It takes 6.75 brick per S.F. if it's standard brick. You figure 7 brick per S.F. to cover waste. On the average, you can figure about 800.00 per thousand for material (sand, motar & brick) & labor on residential type work as long as you use a standard grey mortar. Grey mortar runs about 6 or 7 bucks ...

Roll Tide

I heard that Alabama's field goal kicker (Liegh Tiffin) attempted suicide when he got back to his dorm room Sat. night only to fail. They said that he tried to hang himself but after 2 hrs. of trying kick the chair out from underneath himself he finally just gave up.

Before I get bashed by the ...

Benelli all the way. If you enjoy cleaning a gun, then the gas operated systems are ok. I only break my benelli down once a year to clean. I usually spray a little rem oil in it once a week or so. Had it for 5 yrs. and it has never jammed. The gas operated guns have too many moving parts for me to ...

gloves

Columbia makes a good waterproof glove that you can shoot with. They will leak only if hold them under water for long period. They are about $ 40.00 though. I've used them for 2 years now and they they work pretty good.

Iron grip,

They may shoot in those guns. I was just told when I ordered mine that they wouldn't. I have a SBE so I knew it wasn't a problem shooting them through it. Good to know that they will.

I agree the real deal is HEAVY SHOT. They are just so expensive. These heavy steel are alot better ...

I forgot to mention that the 3" heavy steel will not shoot in the Binelli or beretta 3" chambered guns. These shells are longer than most 3" shells.

Try the new heavy steel. I don't know who makes them but they have a mallard on the box and have our little brother written on the bottom of the box. 25 % longer range than steel. I've started using them this year and they get the job done. They are priced at 18.00 per box for a box of 25 ea. The 3 ...

SBE-stick with what you know works. My buddy had a gold 3.5 bought in 99. He worked on it more than he shot it. He now shoots a SBE. Stay away from gas. Do not know anything about Berreta but I would stay away from gas.

Can't go wrong with the stoeger. It is based off the benelli system. I have a SBE and it has never hung up. I've had it for 3 years and only clean it after season each year. All I do is spray rem oil in it after each use unless I drop it in the mud or something like that. They are low maintenance ...
