The first land I leased was 4 years ago a friend of mine found north of Greenwood. We killed a good many ducks, but because ...

Re: North delta ducks

I'm hunting close to Greenwood and yesterday there were nothing but pintails, only saw two mallards. I saw the majority of ducks between 930 and 11:00. Today was just the opposite with lots of mallards and very few birds after 8:00.

Re: Has anybody else heard this...

I know the weather has played a major role in the low number of ducks in the Ms Delta, but after looking at the migration map even when the ducks were this far south they were in La. I guess what I am getting at is did this impact our numbers?

Has anybody else heard this...

I had a guy from Louisiana tell me that the reason there was a chit load of ducks over there was because of the hurricane that came through last fall made it extremely hard for the farmers to harvest this year. He said there was a large area of unharvested fields in the La delta and they are all ...

Had the 912. Opening day of 2005 1st shot of the morning the action wouldn't close. Got back to camp and took the receiver apart and a spring had come lose and worked its way out of position. Took it to Surplus City where I bought it and the gunsmith braded it back on. It shot fine the next weekend ...

One with a screw of top that doubles as a compass with matches and a wire saw inside, just like Rambo.

I made it. Of course it wasn't as simple as the 15 min procedure the doc explained. I was in there an hour and a half. This was the third surgery on this knee and definetly the most painful, and the doc was stingy with the pain pills. If I'm gonna hurt at least let me enjoy myself.
