Re: trust, llc, or outright ownership?

I guess that was my question, can the trust be amended to include other firearms or individuals. Do all the people named in the trust have to go through the approval process? Like if I named my 3 year old in the trust. What are they going to check out on him? I am no attorney or authority on the is...

Re: Trust

Maybe some others can chime in on this issue, but It was my understanding that President Obama signed an executive order that alters the effectiveness of gun trust. I currently have a gun trust and have enjoyed using it to acquire Class III items, but it is my understanding that at some point this s...

Re: Canton Schools - 2014 Honor Roll

I agree. I meet many bright young men with similar names. Many are first generation high school graduates. By the time they get to college they are sensitive to this issue. I've convinced many freshmen to start using their initials or shorten it to a common name they can use on their resume. I have...

Re: McDaniel v Cochran - Thoughts

I understand your frustration and the double egged sword, but these bills and legislation that are passed have funds and other special interest funding that goes to "The Great State of Mississippi". Seniority gets us these. I am all for getting rid of all of them up there, but the truth i...

Re: McDaniel v Cochran - Thoughts

I haven't decided who I am going to vote for, but I am getting very frustrated with politicians in general. I don't know much about McDaniel's and I will have to investigate him more thoroughly before I give him my vote, but I am sick of play nice republican senators. I have always appreciated Cochr...

Re: Administration wants us to wear bracelets.

I don't think this has anything to do with Gun or public safety. It has everything to do with control and the fact that the Federal Government operated by liberals just don't believe that gun owners can be trusted with firearms.

Re: Be on the lookout (Stolen Guns)

Jackson Mississippi may be one of only a few places where you have to carry a firearm to defend yourself while playing Tennis. It is amazing how that place has deteriorated. When I was in School in Jackson that was considered a nice safe area. Now, when I am visiting Jackson I have to keep my head o...

Re: Trigger to Hard

You brought up an interesting point about how you use to shoot a lot more than your children do today. I think that is a universal fact. I have a treasure chest of firearms in my two gun safes. About 12 shotguns, 6 Bolt action rifles, 4 AR platform semiautos, about 15 handguns at our disposal and I ...

Re: What model Sig Sauer for CC?

I may be wrong but I believe those are double stack magazines. If you haven't CC before then let me warn you that a single stack gun is probably better. I have several hand guns of various sizes but the three that I ever CC are all single stack automatics. Springfield XDS, Ruger LC9, and Taurus slim...

Re: Supressed 308 Choices

I have a couple of .308 rifles that are suppressed. They are each different in their own way. From your description, I would say a Remington 700 SPS tactical is the option that will have you most satisfied for what you want to accomplish. If you want to have fun on the range go with the LWRC REPR.
