anyone know of a good place in the Baton Rouge/Denham Springs area to get Deer processed?

Maker's Mark is always #1 in my book! though my limited budget doesn't always permit it. JD is my backup plan.

i'm looking for a decent used 45-70 for the upcoming season. it would be nice if it already had a scope and maybe some ammo too. it'd be even better if someone had one around Baton Rouge.
