Get to whichever park you are going to that day 45 minutes before opening time. When it opens you should be able to head straight for a couple of rides and get them knocked out before the crowd gets there. Stay in parks till around lunch then go back and take a nap and come back after supper.

Like others have said, Be at the gate 30 minutes to an hour before opening and know where you are going. You can get so much done the first two hours. Then midday go back and relax/nap the go back later in the day
