Re: Ask Don Miller...or other scatters hunters

Great thread. Rebelduckaholic, I sent you a PM re: Frankie Tominello's duck stamps . . . If any of you other longtime Greenwood/Scatters/Grasspatch guys have any pictures of Frankie Tominello hunting the Scatters, I really would appreciate a PM (he hunted a lot with Johnny Barrett). Mr. Frankie pass...

Re: Norfork

Odds are you'll have a great trip. Make sure to walk over and check out dry run creek (and fish it if you have a kid within the age limit!); some real monsters in there.

Are you spin fishing or fly? Guide?

Lost Blind Bag

Sometime between Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon, my blind bag has come up missing. Hunted a WMA near Rosedale Saturday, then went to Cleveland, then back home to Greenville. If anyone in those areas comes across it (I think it was lifted from my truck) please let me know. I don't give a rip...

Re: Ask DS--snake proof turkey boots

are the russell snake boots waterproof? I have some zephyrs that have been through the ringer but they are not waterproof. Your feet will get soaked in wet grass. No Russells are waterproof (unfortunately) . . . My Zephyr II's are ridiculously comfortable but they leak like a sieve. They're so comf...

Re: Yildiz Shotguns

I have a couple of the O/U's in 12 and 20 and love them. Originally bought for quail hunts where I didn't mind them getting roughed up by a saddle scabbard or, as has happened before, bitten by the farking horse. Had them for 5 years or so and never had an issue. As has been said, get the salesman t...

Re: FINALLY - a leak proof soft sided cooler!

My brother has one of the "feed buckets". He works his asss off 7 days a week, makes a caca of money and spends it how he damn well pleases. He is certainly not a "D-Bag". I will be happy to PM you his address if you would like to attempt to go kick him in the nuts. To be fair, ...

Re: Wrinkle Free Button Down Shirts?

Brooks Brothers / Jos. A Bank / LL Bean

In that order. The problem with wrinkle free fabric is that it tends to fray at the creases (collar and sleeves on shirts), but the Brooks Bros. seem to hold up better than any others.
