if you run a boat is shallow water, especially with sandy bottoms, your going to have impeller problems.

with regards to weeds, when St Augustine is healthy, it chokes out most weeds. Very important, when you cut the grass, never cut it short. If you do, the sunshine hurts the roots. As for watering, ive been told a few heavy soaks are better then daily watering. Apparently the root system is better if...

I have St Augustine in my yard. The areas with lots of sunshine the grass grows very well with lots of water. However, in the shade, its patchy.

blue wing migration
been watching some newly hatched model ducks the past couple of weeks. They are starting to show their feathers. I suspect the coast will start to see blue wings in the next couple of weeks and curious as the amount of days between the hatch and first migration?

reel heavy, but i used an air compressor tank purchased at scrap metal yard for mine. The thickness of the metal holds heat much better than 55 gallon drum.

Im not a biologist, but I beleive its the Mississippi flood waters that enrich the soils that lead to good antlers. Might have some negative effect this season, but its these floods that make the delta what it is.

If in a boat, Little Sabine Pass. If possible go to Friday show. Go early, prepare to stay late. Lots of water, lots of suntan lotion. Bring food, places to eat afterword are packed.
