Yes, it is one of only 3 EF-5's since the Fujita Scale was updated in 2007. The others are Greensburg, Kansas and Parkersburg, Iowa.

Re: North Mississippi folks

These indices are built on numerous parameters, so it is hard to compare one day to the next without understanding how the index is built. Nonetheless, this is a day conducive to Severe Weather...

My family has a Concrete pool that has been repaired relatively cheaply over the years. Problem is draining and refilling the thin...

God's plan for all of his children is a life the glorifies him. Understanding that helps me to filter out a lot of opportunities.

Re: Juke Joint Fest

If you are going to enjoy the after dark festivities, I would personally recommend staying around Ground Zero, Delta Amusement and Cat Head. It is only a matter of time before one those that go to Red's Lounge and the like end up robbed or dead. Hopson is also a safe place to go at night but you wi...

Re: Juke Joint Fest

My Mom has a business making mosaics (GotSmashed) and will have a booth there. 5k and 8k races that morning too if you like to run. ht...

Re: Milo

My family farms and we have had a few hundred acres of milo off and on. It's a very low maintenance crop and Ducks seem to like the stuff. Good luck with it.
