This is pretty much true. The fort at on the west end of the island is cool and can kill a few hours. It is located near the old part of San Juan.

As others have said an LLC will be the simplest and cheapest option. The fees to set up an llc are low, the cost will come on the fees of an attorney to write an operating agreement. You can write your own, but I would have an attorney put it together.

I have been using one for a couple years. It uses the cr123 batteries and produces over 200 lumens. No complaints here, and many of the guys at my camp have them now.
