MY honda forman shifter is not wanting to shift. (electric shift) what am i looking at to get this fixed. cant i use the manual shift on it? does this work off electric soilenoids.

We are looking for new camara something that will last several years. What is out there and what are some good lens. I understand that is what makes a camara. Wanting to stay within 5 to 700$. We not to smart on camaras so any good advice will be great.
