vipers 4500 on my Big Red, only advise i'd give is set it high to keep from having to work it submerged. that is what really kills a viper winch

clean really well and get you some lexol from the hardware store. liquid nail an goriala glue get hard and stiff when set. the lexol stay flexible. also works well on waders that leak.

i learned along time ago, when the ramps come out from under you, hit the gas hard. itll jar you, but it will keep the atv moving backwards and not on top of you!! drop baskets do interfer, but unless your using really short ramps on a tall truck the trick still works. and back to the topic, it does...

they a lil tougher to get the hide off, but they boil out quicker than a deer and bleach out better, at least that was my experience
