Would like a "black" gun as well but would like one in .308 or 7mm-08. Could hunt with it as well. What do you guys think of the larger caliber weapon.

I mounted a gun rack to the back of my seat, very nice way to hold guns without banking them up in the boat.

Owned a 1650 camo with a 25 HP. The boat was an HD hull which means the ribs ran in the same direction as the keel. The hull looked like a bass boat hull almost. Best damn aluminum boat I have ever seen or owned. I think Xpress makes the best aluminum boats period.

When the Louisiana season closes on Jan. 2, will it be illegal to hunt on that side of the river. Would a boat blind (floating boat) be legal or all hunting activities illegal when you cross the imaginary state line?

Looking fo a backup gun and came accross a Stoeger 2000 for cheap $300 ducks, any opinions on this gun? Looks like Bennelli owns them and uses a version of their inertia operated eject/reload mechanism. Tell me what you think of this gun.
