My wife and I went to August last year. The menu Sampler with wine was $ 230. It was high but really good food. So just depends on how much you want to spend.

I have always run with an ipod. I have difficulty going without one. I have a wide range of music on mine though. It really depends on what you like.

I have some country, some 80's rock, and some of the 90s stuff.

Most of mine is the Rock from the 80s... Cool stuff... AC/DC, BON JOVI... that ...

Well it depends on what you like..

Some I have are

Sportscenter ( which I think you have already)
GYM abc ( is you like weightlifting and things like that, this has good information )
Pandora ( if you like Music)
Kids have games on there like:
hoops lite
checkers
air Hockey
table tennis and ...

The show is ok. I just think the morals of it is something that kids don't need to watch.. I know plenty of kids that watch it and it just isn't for them..

Thcobb1, Thanks and yes I do ride. I do the triathlon thing as well. I will try to look at that program.. Thanks for the idea. I also have a computrainer at home so that does the trick as well. Got a great 10 mile run in yesterday... I am hurting today..

I was just trying to get an idea if we had some regular exercisers on the site.
I am trying to lose a little weight and tone up. I have the P90x workout. I will have to give it a go

Yep and knowing that I am 40, I am trying all i can to stay in shape.. HA I know it was much easier at 20

I know that I mentioned diets the other day and I was just wondering if we had anyone exercising regularly. If so, how many miles do you exercise in a week and what do you do? Do you bike, run,walk or whatever. Just curious.
