Re: Beretta Xtrema rubber stock inserts
If you store your gun in a soft case the soft case will basically melt the stock and make it feel like glue. I sent mine back to benelli and they replaced it for free

WRP/ WRE Question
I know many of you hunt WRP and the hunting has likely changed as the trees matured. If you could go back and redesign your WRP, what would you have done different to attract more birds and make the hunting better?

cost per acre to plant rice
Does anyone have a rough estimate of the cost per acre to plant and fertilize rice for duck hunting (not a commercial crop)? I know the number varies based on seed, water and fuel costs but i am just trying to get a rough number in comparison to the cost of millet

Blind question
I have a few pit blinds in levees that seem to constantly flood out after a big rain. The levees run across a wide open pond and the levees provide the only cover. We raised the pits a couple years ago but we still spend to much time brushing and pumping them. Any suggestions on how I can design a ...

Ask DS: Siphon Pump
Does anyone know if there is a siphon pump that could build pressure to start water flowing over a ridge and then maintain that pressure (and keep water flowing) without constantly running and burning fuel? I am trying to get water out of a reservoir but need to go over a 15ft ridge

Re: River is fixing to get serious, boys!!!
I just heard that the levees were recently raised and some are being patched right now so the Corps expects the levees to hold the 65 feet at natchez. The online elevations do not reflect the raised levees. Didn't mean to get anyone startled, just trying to get and pass information like everyone else

Re: River is fixing to get serious, boys!!!
Redspeckable: I think Vidalia is 70ft of elevation, and the river gauge is not based on elevation. If my math is correct 70ft of elevation is about 62ft of river based on the Natchez gauge. That would mean levees are three feet short
