Recommend Memphis BBQ. We try to eat there every time we're up there.

Re: Anybody had luck with whirlpool?

Maytags. They last forever. Stay away from front loader of any brand. They have a short life span it seems, plus just about everyone I've talked to that has one says they have an odor because they don't totally empty out all the water when their finished.

Re: American Hunter or American Rifleman?

I take the Hunter and my buddy at work takes the Rifleman and we share. Both magazines share the same articles. Lately I've enjoyed reading the Rifleman more because it has more gun information in it.

Re: nissan versa, what's your opinion

Have only driven them as rental cars. Good mileage, but if they still just have a two speed transmission and overdrive, I didn't like that.

Re: Push mower recommendations

Have had a Honda rear drive for the last two mowing seasons after years of having a push mowers. Love it and will never go back. Did a lot of research and the Honda's are better because there the last ones that have metal gears. Don't remember what the speed control is called but it works by pushing...

Re: O/U 20 gauge

I own both a Yildiz and a CZ in 20 gauge. The CZ has right handed cast off and I shoot left handed. Didn't notice it when I bought it. It does affect my shooting. The Yildiz has no cast off and I shoot it much better, but it is a lighter gun. My son complained about the Yildiz recoil and bought a go...

Replaced my 19 year old Trane with another Trane last month. Had some repairs the last three years. It was time for a new one. Had it done by Evans AC out of Hamilton MS. Very pleased.

Re: Tire Opinion

I'm looking for some new tires for my truck also. The ones I'm looking at buying are Cooper Discover AT'3s. Saw some on a truck at work and they are rated really high by Consumer Reports. I got quoted $150 per tire at one place but haven't had a time to give a couple of other tire places a chance. A...

Re: Charleston, SC

Went with the wife last April. Enjoyed seeing Fort Sumter and some of the other Civil war forts. Ate at Hyman's. Thought they were pretty good. Saw some posts later on the site for other places to eat that we will try next time we visit. Enjoyed the downtown and the carriage ride. It was a good trip...
