The news I heard, and it changes every time is that it was 20 -24 points with 20-22 inch spread and scored over 200.

Also, there was a deer killed at Mossy Hunting club that was a 22 point with a 20 1/2 inch spread that scored 208.

Gun Question

Does anyone know if I can get a Remington rifle that has a pop-out clip instead of a spring clip? I am looking for either a .270 or 7mm in the synthetic preferrably with a bolt.

Thanks!

I shoot both 3" and 3 1/2" . The deal is that hunting wide open rice fields, the ducks sometimes are skiddish, and I need a little something extra to coax them on in and the 3 1/2 #2's do the job.

I made these things before when I was younger. Does the coffee can get real hot? Could I set it on a wooden floor safely?

I know. I have had the gun for 3 years and sometime between September and November I forget how to operate the dang thing. I think it had a little to do with forcing the 4 wheeler into the back of my truck.

It was just a bad day getting worse.

I did kill 2 of the 8 ducks outright and granted, one was a spoonbill. However, I did not shoot at snipe like some people I know. And my gun jamming was operator error.

If you are in a hurry to get back to Cleveland, MS where it is "safe" You just have not lived there long enough. I will take the sourrounding towns in Jackson opposed to Cleveland and the such anyday. And yes I know that of which I speak I lived in Greenville for 23 years.

I take you to my hole opening morning and the only thanks I get is that I have to find out on a duck hunting forum that you went and got a limit a couple days later without even calling me. You are a real piece of work.
