Re: Youth Rifles?

Bunch of differnt ones out there. My first consideration would be the age and build of the child. a 7mm-08 is a mild cal, but to a 7 yr old would probably be a handfull and make them recoil shy real quick. I started my daughter with a 223 handi with a youth stock. Shot the 60 gr Nosler partition Fed...

The system is screwed. Was in the site waiting on 0900 to go, then none in my office (3 of us) could get in.

Second for Mr. Billy Tierce. Reasonable, fairly quick turn around and overall one of the nicest folks you would ever want to meet!

Re: Tankless Water Heater

Put a Rinnai on the house after we moved back from evacuating for the 2011 flood. Absolutely love it. no problems at all and even use outside conections when washing cars or power washing house. Hot water makes all the difference in the world. If I ever move to another home will definitely have one ...

bedliner sprayed in boats

Anybody had their boats sprayed with a commercial grade bedliner? Advantages? Disadvantages? Entire interior or just the "flat spots". Looking for suggestions. Got lucky and was drawn for a free liner this past weekend at VBurg's Wildlife Extravaganza.

Re: OT-reloading problem- stuck casing

Put die in vise. Drill and tap primer pocket and thread bolt into primer pocket. Use some oversize washers or nuts to screw against pulling the case up thru the "spacers" till it comes free. TAKE YOUR TIME!!! it can be an aggrevating process! (1/2 in PVC joint works pretty good as a spacer...

I have my daughter (8 yr old) shooting a 223 bull barrel handi rifle. First deer she killed was with a Remington 55 gr sp. Hit the shoulder and came all apart. Changed over to the Fed Premium 60 gr Nosler Partitions. AWSOME round and is a tack driver in the inexpensive handi. I have had her out shoo...

Re: 35 whelen or 45 70

If your trigger is crappy, give Billy Tierce in Utica a call. Took mine from about 12 lbs (on a 35 Handi) down to about 3.5 lbs. sweetest trigger I got in the gun safe!
