The length of the barrel vs. the pattern. The same choke with different length barrels would have different groups at the same distance, correct? But is it enough difference to matter? What about velocity, would it also be close to the same or a big difference of energy loss?

Good luck guys. Beautiful country out there. A group from our hunting club is in Silverton, CO also. I've never bow hunting out there but got on a nice herd opening morning of early rifle season two years ago. Found a great place for bow hunting in 371 area if anyone wants to try it next year.
