Hi Mark, The place is located near Parkin, Ark.,on the St. Francis River. It belongs to my uncle who floods thems for just himself, but he hasn't gotten to hunt the last few years .I don't know much about duck hunting but it seems the place would be good if it is on the same flyway as Stuttgart ...
