Re: TV repair
If outta warranty--Take back panel off, unplugged of course. The circuit boards each have 1-2 short round fuses. Buy a few online, most are 8amp slow-blow or similar. They are painted white, so you can't tell by looking-swap them all one at a time. A repairman taught me this, maybe it could fix it, ...

5.6 liter I'm assuming? 14...unloaded and with a tail-wind. Worst truck out there for mileage, according to buddies that have owned them (briefly).

Re: 7mm-08 vs 308
The .257 Wby, much like the near-extinct .264 win mag, is one of the baddest deer/antelope rounds ever created. It burns a lot of powder, recoil can be stout in a light rifle, and it is seriously over-bore, so barrel life may not be great. It will easily drive a 100 gr. to 35-3600 fps, or a 120 to 3...

Re: 22 rifle?
As a former 10-22 owner, I'll say they are pretty accurate and fun...but cleaning them gets old, especially if you're using a suppressor and all that crud is coming back in the action. Savage Mk. II is a great gun, and so is a Marlin 39A.

Re: Walther P22 ?
I had one with a suppressor for a few years, and I can see it being handy as a fishing carry-along gun due to its light weight. But in no way will it compare in the accuracy or build quality department of a ruger or buckmark. Another good option in that price range is the German-made GSG-1911 .22, i...

Very cheaply made Turkish gun that is no longer produced and parts availability is questionable. Not worth the risk, many lemons out there.

Re: New Browning A5
You defy anyone to find a better 3" recoil-op semi-auto than a milli-benilli? That's so easy--the A-5 mag-12, preferably jap-made with invector +. Costs less, all forged steel, will be around for your great grand-kids, clean it once every decade or so if you're bored--not that it'll need it.
